For years, I assumed I understood my body. I thought I knew how my cycle worked, what was normal, and what to expect as I got older. But as I approached my 30s, I realised how much I didn’t know about my own reproductive health and how hard it was to find clear, trustworthy answers.
I went from doctor to doctor, searching online, trying to piece together information that should have been easy to access. Instead, it felt scattered, medicalised, and overwhelming. And the more I learned, the more I realised something simple and powerful: women are expected to make life-shaping decisions without ever being given the full picture of our own bodies.
I created Amilis because reproductive health shouldn’t be a mystery. You deserve clarity, guidance, and care that empowers you, not leaves you guessing.
